The leadership of AMCANA consists of the President, President-elect,Immediate Past President, Secretary, Treasurer, Joint Treasurer, six executive committee members and nine Board of Trustees members. Acting on behalf of all alumni, the chairman of the board of trustees appoints a nominating committee of five members: past president, the president-elect, and three volunteer members. Nominations are then received from the general membership. The slate of officers is elected for a term of two-years and the Board of Trustees members for a four-year term at the general body meeting during the Biennial reunion.
